"Im not sure her actual title but Lindsay from this office was incredibly rude by hanging up the phone on me randomly when i asked her to simply cancel my policy. I call back not even a second later and her coworker Meredith made me aware that Lindsay was whom i was speaking with and that she was already in another call. Interesting that she knew that i was speaking with Lindsay just prior to speaking with her. Very unprofessional of Lindsay to abruptly end our call for the seemingly more interesting call then had to take not even a second later.
